Otherwise known as Mother Russia, and previously the Soviet Union, there are at least 8 species of bear to eat you alive, as well as wolves and other carnivorous creatures out at all hours of the night. Word is that some of the bears there also drink beer and vodka outside of bars, as long as the patrons of the establishment keep the drinks coming. (Just kidding.)

Other perks of Russia, outside of the wildlife and open, barren countryside, would include the world renowned political system, which is very open to outsiders (by this we mean not at all open to outsiders). If you do happen to visit Russia, remember to see St. Peter’s Basilica, and try borscht.
