Raw Octopus
In Korean, baby octopus is seasoned with oil and spices and chopped up while still alive. The dish, called sannakji, is then served immediately. Not only is the octopus raw, it’s also still moving as it’s eaten — and apparently, the octopus’s moving suckers can cause asphyxiation as they slide down the throat.
